At LiveWithMS, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your LiveWithMS account and associated data, please email:

Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your LiveWithMS account.
What Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information
- Symptom tracking data
- Mood, fatigue, stress, and sleep tracking history
- Community posts and replies
- Coach conversation history
- Program progress
- Care data, including medications and appointments
Subscription Information
If you purchased a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple or Google account.
Deleting your LiveWithMS account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Retention Period
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.
